1. The film filling machine under the film
Phenomenon: The lower film falls off the chain and cannot move synchronously with the chain, resulting in failure to properly stretch and package the product.
the reason:
(1) The lower film width is narrow.
(2) The chain clamp is not tight.
(3) The film is biased.
Solution:
(1) The slitting width of the lower film is widened to ensure matching with the width of the chain.
(2) Repair the chain clip.
(3) Adjust the position of the lower membrane to coincide the center of the lower membrane with the center of the chain.

Phenomenon: the film is broken or poorly formed after stretching
the reason:
(1) The heating plate is not heated enough.
(2) The heating temperature is not matched. When the temperature is too high, the film sticks to the heat sealing plate to increase the haze of the film, and the stretching is locally thin. When the heating temperature is excessively low, the film heating temperature is low, the stretching temperature of the film cannot be reached, and the film is broken after stretching.
(3) The granule filling machine stretches too deep.
Solution:
(1) Repair the heating plate to make it heat normally to ensure sufficient supply of heat.
(2) Decrease or increase the temperature of the heating plate and adjust to the appropriate temperature range.
(3) Proper use of the effective stretch range of the film, the deep stretched film is stretched with a thicker film, and the shallow stretched film is stretched with a thinner film to ensure the quality of the product, reduce manufacturing cost.
3, the Particle filling machine is poorly sealed
Phenomenon: After the upper and lower membranes are heat-sealed or after sterilization, there are separation and stratification.
the reason:
(1) The heat sealing temperature is low, which does not meet the heat sealing temperature of the inner layer.
(2) One or both of the film inside and outside the film has a hot cover error.
Solution:
(1) Raise the heat sealing temperature to reach the required temperature of the inner layer heat sealing material, but not too high, otherwise the phenomenon of heat sealing and the deformation of the upper film may occur.
(2) Adjust the thermal cover of one or both of the upper and lower films to ensure that the thermal cover of the upper and lower films correspond.
4, the Particle filling machine product has gas inside the package
Phenomenon: There is air inside the film after heat sealing.
the reason:
(1) The width of the upper film is larger than the width of the heat sealing plate, and the vacuum pores of the heat sealing plate are clogged, and the air between the upper and lower films is extracted.
(2) The vacuum machine is faulty and the vacuuming effect is poor.
(3) The vacuumed air holes in the heat seal plate are blocked by foreign matter.
(4) The heat sealing effect is poor and there is a partial leak.
(5) When the upper and lower membranes are combined with heat sealing, the upper membrane is deviated from the lower membrane, and there is a partial heat sealing failure phenomenon.
(6) There is a broken hole when the lower film is stretched, and there is a problem of air leakage.
(7) The upper membrane has small holes and there is a problem of air leakage.
(8) If the heat sealing temperature is too high, the upper film will be perforated with small holes and there is a problem of gas leakage.
(9) The heat seal gasket has a gap.
Solution:
(1) Adjust the width of the upper film to a suitable width to match the heat seal plate.
(2) Repair the vacuum machine.
(3) Repair the heat sealing plate, remove the foreign matter, and ensure the air hole is smooth.
(4) Increase the heat sealing temperature and the compressed air pressure to ensure the heat seal is intact.
(5) The upper film is adjusted well, and it is well matched with the lower film, and the upper and lower film deviations cannot occur, so that the upper and lower films are well sealed.
(6) Improve the stretching effect of the lower film to ensure that no small holes appear after the lower film is stretched.
(7) Replace the upper membrane and use a good upper membrane to ensure no air leakage.
(8) Under the condition of good heat sealing, try to lower the heat sealing temperature to prevent the upper film from being burnt.
